摘要
文章提出了一种通过宽带白噪声来对网络和元件的频率特性进行测试的方法,设计了宽带白噪声发生器,采用常规的噪声二极管做噪声源,经MMIC放大获得白噪声信号,并使用该宽带噪声发生器对滤波器进行实际测量,验证了该噪声发生器的实用性和准确性。
This paper presents a method to test the frequency characteristics of the network and the components by using the wideband white noise.A wideband white noise generator is designed.The conventional noise diode is used as the noise source and the white noise signal is amplified by MMIC.Finally,the wideband noise generator is used to measure the filter,and the practicability and accuracy of the noise generator are verified.
