摘要
以11个不同种源的多穗柯(Lithocarpus polystachyus)扦插苗为试材进行造林,对幼树生长及生理特征进行比较分析,以期为具有优良性状和良好适应性的多穗柯种源选育提供理论基础。结果表明:种源间树高、地径、叶绿素b含量、SOD (超氧化物歧化酶)酶活性、CAT (过氧化氢酶)酶活性和PPO (过氧化物酶)酶活性等指标的差异皆达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中成活率达到80.00%或以上的种源有浙江景宁、湖南芷江、广西德保和重庆缙云山,树高达到70.00 cm以上的种源有重庆缙云山、广西右江、重庆梁平、湖南芷江和广西田林,地径达到14.00 mm以上的种源有重庆缙云山、重庆梁平和湖南芷江。生理特征方面,福建武夷山、广西田林和浙江景宁种源的叶绿素b含量较高,江西井冈山、浙江景宁和广西右江种源的SOD酶活性较高,湖南辰溪和湖南芷江种源的CAT酶活性较高,江西井冈山、福建武夷山、重庆梁平和广西田林种源的PPO酶活性较低,浙江景宁和广西右江种源的MDA(丙二醛)含量较低。
The seedling growth and physiological characteristics among 11 cutting seedlings of different Lithocarpus polystachyus provenances were compared with the aim of selecting provenance with excellent traits and good adaptability.Results showed that there were extremely significant differences(P<0.01)in tree height,ground diameter,chlorophyll b content,SOD activity,CAT activity and PPO activity among 11 provenances.The survival rate of provenances in Jingning of Zhejiang,Zhijiang of Hunan,Debao of Guangxi and Jinyunshan of Chongqing achieved more than 80%.The tree height of provenances in Jinyunshan of Chongqing,Youjiang of Guangxi,Liangping of Chongqing,Zhijiang of Hunan,and Tianlin of Guangxi achieved more than 70.00 cm,and the ground diameter of provenances in Jinyunshan of Chongqing,Liangping of Chongqing,and Zhijiang of Hunan achieved more than 14.00 mm.On the other hand,the content of chlorophyll b of provenances in Wuyishan of Fujian,Tianlin of Guangxi and Jingning of Zhejiang were the highest.SOD activities of provenances in Jingangshan of Jiangxi,Jingning of Zhejiang,and Tianlin of Guangxi were the highest.CAT activities of provenances in Chenxin of Hunan and Zhijiang of Hunan were the highest.PPO activities of Jingangshan of Jiangxi,Wuyishan of Fujian,Liangping of Chongqing,and Tianlin of Guangxi were the lowest.The MDA contents of provenances in Jingning of Zhejiang,and Youjiang of Guangxi were the lowest.
