摘要
目的观察针刀解结法配合囊内加压注射治疗冻结肩的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月～2017年12月收治的78例冻结肩患者,按就诊号随机分为A组38例和B组40例。A组单用针刀解结法治疗,B组用针刀解结法配合囊内加压注射治疗。观察对比两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)并评定临床疗效。结果两组患者疗程结束后VAS评分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组疼痛程度改善显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著优于A组的71.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀解结法配合囊内加压注射治疗冻结肩临床疗效优于单用针刀解结法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with intracapsular compression injection on frozen shoulder.Methods 78 patients with frozen shoulder were randomly divided into group A(38 cases) and group B(40 cases).Group A was treated by needle knife therapy alone.Group B was treated with needle knife therapy combined with intracapsular compression injection. The treatment time of each group was 4 weeks. After the end of the treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS) was observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The VAS score of the two groups was significantly decreased after the course of treatment(P<0.01); the improvement of pain in group B was better than that in group A, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05); the total effective rate of group B was 92.5%, which was better than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with intracapsular compression injection is better than Acupotomy alone in the treatment of frozen shoulder.
