摘要
本次研究所涉及的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)共聚乳液生产工序可以有效保证产品生产的高效性与优质性,减少人力资源生产成本的投入,采用真空密闭环境生产,降低生产过程中的材料损耗与燃料动力、辅助设备投入,可以实现节能降耗效果。
The production process of aqueous polyurethane acrylate(PUA)copolymer emulsion in this study can effectively guarantee the efficiency and quality of product production.Reducing the input of human resources production cost,using vacuum closed-loop production,reducing material loss and fuel power,auxiliary equipment input in production process,can achieve energy saving and consumption reduction effect.
