不同方法制备纳米铁酸钙的光催化性能

Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of Calcium Ferrite Nanoparticles by Two Methods

摘要 采用共沉淀法和溶剂热法两种方法制备了纳米铁酸钙,并以罗丹明B溶液作为目标污染物考察了材料的光催化性能.SEM分析结果表明,共沉淀法所制备样品为小颗粒组成的块状形貌,溶剂热法所制产品为分散性较好的直径约200 nm的纳米颗粒; XRD和FTIR谱图分析表明两种方法所制样品为不同晶型的铁酸钙材料,溶剂热法所制备样品的纯度更高.两种铁酸钙样品对罗丹明B溶液均有一定的可见光光催化降解能力,共沉淀法所制样品的光催化性能较高,100 m L浓度为10 mg/L的罗丹明B溶液加入30 mg共沉淀法制备的铁酸钙催化剂,模拟太阳光照射90 min后染料的降解率达到77.7%. Calcium ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by coprecipitation and solvothermal methods,and their photocatalytic properties of Rhodamine B solution degradation were investigated.SEM analysis shows that the morphology of samples prepared by coprecipitation displays massive blocks composed of fine particles,and products prepared by solvothermal method exhibits nanoparticles with good dispersibility and diameter of about 200 nm.XRD and FTIR spectra analysis indicate that the samples produced by the two methods belongs to different crystal types of calcium ferrite,and the sample prepared by solvothermal method possesses higher purity.Two kinds of samples show photocatalytic properties of Rhodamine B degradation,but calcium ferrites prepared by coprecipitation show higher performance.The degradation rate of Rhodamine B solution(100 mL,10 mg/L)reaches 77.7%under irradiation of simulated sunlight for 90 min with 30 mg calcium ferrite catalyst prepared by the coprecipitation.
