摘要
研究佛教中国化本身的合法性问题,即古代印度佛教为何要披上中国化的外衣才能扎根汉土。从伽达默尔的诠释学视角出发,以唐代僧人之"孝道前理解"为切入点,对佛教的中国化问题进行两重还原:首先从认识论上论证佛教中国化的必然性,其次从本体论上论证佛教中国化的合法性,以新视角审视老问题,尝试对佛教中国化问题做出新探索。
This paper mainly studies the legitimacy of the Sinicization of Buddhism in China,that is,why did ancient Indian Buddhism wear a Chinese-style cloak to take root in China?From the perspective of Gadamer's hermeneutics,and taking An Interpretation of Filial Piety by the monks in the Tang Dynasty as the starting point,this paper re-examines the Sinicization of Buddhism from two aspects.Firstly,the inevitability of the Sinicization of Buddhism is demonstrated from epistemology.Secondly,its legitimacy is studied with ontology in order to probe into this old problem from a new perspective and try to make new explorations on the issue of Buddhism Sincization.
