摘要
以萘异硫氰酸酯为反应基团和荧光基团,设计、合成了一种能够识别Hg^(2+)的荧光探针(HBN),利用质谱、核磁共振方法表征其结构,并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱对HBN识别Hg^(2+)的性能进行了测试及分析.研究发现:HBN在含乙腈体积分数为50%的水溶液中对Hg^(2+)表现出非常高的选择性和灵敏度,其荧光强度随Hg^(2+)浓度的增加而不断增强,当Hg^(2+)浓度为HBN浓度的2倍时,荧光强度不再上升,同时质谱检测出新物质的生成,显示了该探针属于Hg^(2+)反应型荧光探针.
A fluorescent probe(HBN)capable of recognizing Hg^2+was designed and synthesized using naphthalene isothiocyanate as a recognition and fluorescent group.Its structure was characterized by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission were used to test and analyze the various properties of HBN in identifying Hg^2+.The results revealed that the HBN exhibited higher selectivity and fluorescence response to Hg^2+in 50% acetonitrile aqueous solution and that its fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of Hg^2+concentration but stopped increasing when the concentration of Hg^2+was two times the concentration of the probe.At the same time,the new compound was detected with mass spectrometry,indicating that the HBN belonged to reactive fluorescent probe of Hg^2+.
