摘要
中国电商发展一直为世界瞩目,我国电商市场交易额在2012年就超越了美国成为世界第一,带动了物流行业蓬勃发展。文章结合阿里集团和京东集团的成功案例,对其物流模式的选取进行分析,从企业文化,业务构成,终端客户压力和权力集中度分析其选择不同物流模式的原因,并分析其模式的优缺点,最后给出结论,希望能对物流、电商公司的物流模式选择提供参考。
E-commerce has developed rapidly in China,E-commerce market turnover in China surpassed the U.S.as the world's Top1 in 2012,thus make logistics industry vigorous development.In this paper,combining with Ali group and Jingdong group successful cases,analyzes them selection of logistics mode,from corporate culture,business,terminal customer pressure and concentration of power,the author analyzes the reasons of its choice different logistics mode,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the model,comes to the conclusion,hopes it helpful for electricity company's logistics mode selection.
