摘要
目的探讨综合护理对中老年疝气手术患者术后尿潴留的预防效果。方法 72例疝气手术治疗的中老年患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者的尿潴留发生情况、并发症认知情况及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组患者的尿潴留发生率2.8%(1/36)低于对照组的16.7%(6/36),并发症认知率94.4%(34/36)、护理满意度97.2%(35/36)均高于对照组的77.8%(28/36)、75.0%(27/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年疝气手术治疗患者接受综合护理干预能够提升患者对尿潴留的认知度,缓解症状,提升患者对护理的满意度,值得推广使用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the comprehensive nursing measures of middle and old aged patients with hernia surgery. Methods A total of 72 middle and old aged patients with hernia surgery were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on occurrence of urinary retention, cognition of complications and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results After nursing, the research group had lower incidence of urinary retention as 2.8%(1/36) than 16.7%(6/36) in the control group, and higher cognition rate of complications as 94.4%(34/36) and nursing satisfaction degree as 97.2%(35/36) than 77.8%(28/36) and 75.0%(27/36) in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for middle and old aged patients with hernia surgery can improve their awareness of urinary retention, relieve symptoms, and improve their nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying.
