摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌患者中医体质类型与乳腺癌分子分型之间的相关性,进而为临床中医治疗提供理论参考,并对中医治疗的优势进行深入分析。方法 118例乳腺癌患者,自制问卷对患者一般资料(性别、年龄等)、临床资料(既往病史、药物过敏史等)进行调查分析,结合术后病理进行乳腺癌分子分型,并分析其与体质类型的相关性。结果 118例患者中医体质类型分布中以偏颇质较为多见,占比83.1%,而在具体细化的体质分类中,以阳虚质、气郁质为主,分别占比25.4%、17.8%。乳腺癌分子分型主要包括Luminal B型、Luminal A型、Basal-Like型、HER2型4种类型,体质类型与分子分型存在相关性(C=0.743, P<0.05);且各体质分组与分子分型存在相关性(C=0.511, P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌分子分型与中医体质之间的明确关系需进一步研究,明确中西医分类方法的关联性后,可将患者体质分类结果作为疾病诊疗参考内容之一,以最大程度改善患者预后。
Objective To discuss the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine constitution types and molecular typing in breast cancer patients, so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and to analyze the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods A total of 118 patients with breast cancer were investigated and analyzed by self-designed questionnaires on their general data(gender, age) and clinical data(past medical history, drug allergy history). The molecular typing of breast cancer was carried out by postoperative pathology, and its relationship with constitution types was analyzed. Results Among the 118 patients, the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitutional types was more common, accounting for 83.1%. In the specific refinement classification, Yang deficiency and qi stagnation were dominant, accounting for 25.4% and 17.8%, respectively. The molecular classification of breast cancer mainly includes Luminal B type, Luminal type A, Basal-Like type and HER2 type. There was a correlation between body type and molecular type(C=0.743, P<0.05). There was a certain correlation between constitution grouping and molecular typing(C=0.511, P<0.05). Conclusion The relationship between molecular typing of breast cancer and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be further studied. After clarifying the relationship between this classification method of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the results of constitution classification of patients can be regarded as one of the reference contents of disease diagnosis and treatment, in order to improve the prognosis of patients to the greatest extent.
