自适应高效粮情测控板的设计与实现

摘要 粮情测控系统作为重要的仓储监管系统,可以为粮库通风控温等储粮控制系统提供粮情数据支持。随着粮库仓储管理向信息化与智能化的方向发展,智能通风、低温储粮等智能化系统得到了广泛应用,各智能化子系统的应用对粮情测控系统功能也提出了更高的要求。自适应高效粮情测控板通过阈值滤波、动态上拉和动态下拉实现不同负载情况下可靠读取粮情数据。对自适应高效粮情测控板设计与实现进行阐述,以期为其在智能化粮库建设中更广阔的应用提供参考。 With the development of information and intelligence of grain depot storage management,the intelligent ventilation,low temperature grain storage system has been increasingly concerned in various fields,the application of intelligent system is also put forward higher requirements on the monitoring function. Adaptive efficiency grain monitoring board through threshold filtering,dynamic pull and dynamic drop under different load conditions to achieve reliable reading of grain data. This paper introduces the design and implementation of adaptive efficiency grain monitoring board,which would provide reference for broader application of the monitoring board in the construction of intelligent grain depot.
