摘要
废沙为铸造固体废弃物的主要成份,废沙再生不仅能降低铸造企业生产成本还能减少铸造生产过程对环境的污染。使用西门子S7-300PLC作为基础,结合触摸屏技术,设计应用于铸造废沙回收控制系统,实现废沙再生。
Waste sand is the main component of casting solid waste. Waste sand recycling can not only reduce the production cost of foundry enterprises,but also reduce the environmental pollution caused by casting production process. Based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and touch screen technology,a control system for reclaiming foundry waste sand was designed and applied to realize reclaiming waste sand.
