摘要
选取一类典型电极糊输送机进行深入理论振动分析,对其进行三维参数化建模仿真并提出相应的优化改进设计方案,同时结合动态仿真软件ADAMS对优化改进前后的虚拟样机进行相应的动态振动仿真分析。仿真结果表明:经优化改进设计后的输送机的振动明显减小,整机传动稳定性及传动效率明显提升。本文以糊类产品成型输送机的动态振动仿真分析为实例,从而为该类产品的设计及振动分析研究提供实用的设计思路和原型。
This article chooses typical electrode-paste equipment as the object to study,taking the vibration analysis and analysis the problems existing in the mechanism,to reduce the vibration and abrasion of the equipment efficiently,this text builds up the parameterized simulation model and uses ADAMS analysis the vibration effect of the original model and the optimization model. The simulation shows:after simulation,the whole vibration of the mechanism significantly reduced. Besides,stability and efficiency of transmission improved obviously. This text takes the vibrate analysis of simulation for the electrode-paste equipment as the example,to provides the vibration analysis and design-evidence for the generalization of the products.
