摘要
针对目前船艇堵漏器材存在的堵漏程序较多、人力投入较大、堵漏效率不高等现状,设计一种用于船用损管堵漏的新型堵撑一体式液压堵漏装置。本装置利用可变角度液压千斤顶,结合一款新型堵漏盒,实现堵漏过程堵撑一体,具有便捷、高效、稳定的特点,能够满足船艇堵漏需要。
For the current situation of ship plugging device complex procedures,large labor input and low work efficiency,a ship the integrated technology of plugging-supporting hydraulic plugging device was designed. The combination of the variable angle hydraulic jack and a new leak plug box can realize the integrated technology of plugging-supporting of the plugging process. Because of the characteristics of convenient,efficient and stable,the device can meet the need of ship plugging.
