摘要 当前,我国职业教育推进教学诊断与改进工作,要求常态化、周期性组织实施,以期持续提高职业教育质量。职业学校作为教学诊断与改进的主体,要树立"教诊改"的正确理念,科学组织实施"教诊改"工作。现以PDCA循环理论为指引,建构职业院校"教诊改"工作的理念,加强实践探索,明晰"教诊改"的对象、主体与方法。 At present,vocational education in our country promotes teaching diagnosis and improvement,and requires normal and periodic organization and implementation in order to continuously improve the quality of vocational education.Vocational schools,as the main body of teaching diagnosis and improvement,should establish the correct concept of"teaching diagnosis reform"and scientifically organize and implement the relevant work.Guided by the PDCA cycle theory,this paper constructs the concept of"teaching diagnosis reform"in vocational colleges,strengthens the practical exploration,and clarifies the object,subject and method of"teaching diagnosis reform".
