摘要
在无线电能传输(WPT)产品的研发阶段,需要测量和评估发射线圈(TX)和接收线圈(RX)发生位置偏移时磁场感应强度(B)、耦合系数(k)和效率(η)的变化情况。设计了一套三维扫描定位的自动测量系统。通过上位机远程控制下位机和测量设备,可以获得位置、磁耦合参数的数据。上位机将数据保存在Excel里,通过调用MATLAB脚本绘制的k、η或者B在空间平面上分布的三维图形。通过与多匝平面螺旋空心线圈的理论计算对比,验证了测量方法以及系统的精度及其可靠性。
During the R&D phase of wireless power transmission(WPT)product,it is necessary to measure and evaluate the changes of magnetic flux density(B),coupling coefficient(k)and efficiency(η)when the positions of transmit coils(TX)and receiving coils(RX)are shifted.This paper designed a set of automatic measurement system for three-dimensional scanning and positioning.The host computer can obtain the data of positions and magnetic coupling parameters by means of controlling the slave machine and the measuring equipment remotely.Host computer can stored data in Excel and call MATLAB script to draw 3D graphics of k,ηor B in the spatial plane.The accuracy and reliability of the measurement method and system were verified by the comparison with the theoretical calculation of the multi-turns plane spiral hollow coil.
