摘要
雷达接收机是典型的高电磁敏感度"前门"设备。为了探究它在高功率微波电磁环境下的毁伤效应和机理,分别采用辐照法和注入法进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,高功率微波信号特征与雷达接收信号特征接近程度越高,干扰效应越明显,且越难以通过信号处理手段进行滤除。当高功率微波信号强度超过一定阈值时,将对雷达接收机接收通道的硬件造成损伤,且首先受到损坏的是接收通道的前置器件。最后,根据试验结果,提出了相应的防护措施建议。
Radar receivers are typically high electromagnetic-sensitivity "front door" devices. In order to explore its damage effect and mechanism under high-power microwave electromagnetic environment, the experimental research is done respectively with irradiation method and injection method. The test results indicate that the higher the similarity between the characteristics of the high-power microwave signal and the characteristics of the radar received signal, the more obvious the interference effect and the more difficult it is to filter out by signal processing means. When the high power microwave signal strength exceeds a certain threshold, the hardware of the radar receiver would be damaged, and first and foremost is the front-end device of the receiving channel. Finally based on the test results, the corresponding protective measures are suggested.
