工业建筑用高强度纤维混凝土组合梁的受弯性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在研究过程中采取高强度纤维混凝土组合梁的试验模式,针对性研究其破坏特征和受力性能,并分析计算高强度纤维混凝土组合梁的正截面受弯承载力的有效方法,确定其可行性。最终得出以下结论:高强度纤维混凝土组合梁的抗弯承载力和抗弯刚度比普通混凝土梁的曲线整体要高;在210 kN荷载下,普通混凝土的纵筋进入屈服阶段;在280 kN荷载下,高强度纤维混凝土组合梁纵筋的应变仍然呈线性增长状态,未进入屈服阶段。普通混凝土梁中箍筋的应力比高强度纤维混凝土组合梁的要大;组合梁的极限抗弯承载力可通过简化塑性理论进行计算。在混凝土强度相同时,提高钢材强度等级,组合梁受弯承载力提高明显,如果钢材的强度等级是一致的,那么随着混凝土强度等级的提升,组合梁将能承受更大的极限受弯承载力。 The high strength fiber concrete composite beam test,the mechanical properties and failure characteristics were discussed,and the combination of the cross section of concrete beam with high strength fiber concrete flexural strength and its calculation methods are analyzed,and the feasibility of high strength fiber mixed concrete composite beams is discussed.The results show that the high strength fiber concrete flexural bearing capacity and flexural stiffness than ordinary concrete beam curve is higher;under 210 kN load,longitudinal reinforcement concrete into the yield stage;under 280 kN load,the strain of high strength fiber reinforced concrete composite beam longitudinal reinforcement is still a linear growth condition.Not into the yield stage.The stress of stirrups in ordinary concrete beams is larger than that of high-strength fiber reinforced concrete composite beams;the ultimate flexural capacity of composite beams can be calculated by simplified plasticity theory.At the same time improve the concrete strength,steel strength,composite beam flexural capacity is improved significantly,when the steel strength grade is at the same time,improve the strength grade of concrete,composite beam limit increases the flexural capacity.
