摘要
为解决传统金属复合板抛光系统不利于企业职业健康安全和环境管理的弊端,通过增加龙门框架、双台电机同步控制大车行走、小车行走机构采用丝杠、丝母传输等措施,由人工抛光改造成机械自动抛光,同时把原有千叶轮抛光材料换成钢丝轮湿法抛光,有效地杜绝了粉尘和噪声的污染,改善了现场的环境卫生,降低了生产成本。
To solve the disadvantage of traditional metal composite plate polishing system which is not conducive to occupational health safety and environmental management of enterprises,by adding gantry frame and two motors to synchronously control the traveling of the cart,the traveling mechanism of the cart is transformed from manual polishing to mechanical automatic polishing.And at the same time,the original thousand impellers are transformed into mechanical automatic polishing.The wet polishing with steel wheel instead of polishing material effectively,eliminates the pollution of dust and noise,improves the environmental hygiene of the site and reduces the production cost.
