摘要
高端家电客户在使用环保耐指纹板进行大批量零件冲压过程中经常出现压印缺陷,经分析为皮膜润滑性不够导致皮膜脱落,严重的可导致局部锌层损伤掉锌粉;试验选用热镀锌板DX51D+Z,通过优化板面粗糙度、PC值、烘干板温、涂层厚度等工艺设计,结果表明:高性能热镀锌润滑涂层板的开发可以显著改善或者彻底解决高湿高热季节冲压压印问题,满足客户使用要求,同时解决了生产过程中因自身润滑性好导致的张力辊擦伤缺陷,目前已具备稳定批量供货能力。
In the procedure of large batch parts stamping with environmentally friendly fingerprint plate, high-end household electrical appliances customers often have imprinting defects. It is analyzed that insufficient lubrication of the leather film leads to the peeling of the leather film, which can seriously cause the damage of local zinc layer and the removal of zinc powder. Hot galvanized steel sheet DX51 D + Z was selected for test, by optimizing the surface roughness, PC value, drying plate temperature, coating thickness, such as process design, the results show that the development of high-performance galvanizing lubricating coating plate can significantly improve or completely solve the problem of hot stamping embossing during high humidity season and it can meet customer requirements. At the same time, the scratch defects in the process of production of tension roller due to its better lubricity can be solved, it has stable bulk supply ability now.
