摘要
金萃冶金公司通过对热喷涂装置进行改进和研发出镍基多元化合金喷涂材料,将热喷涂技术成功地应用于高炉风口中套煤气堵漏。该工艺的优点,一是母体没有焊接形成的热应力,复风后不会产生裂纹缺陷,80%的中套喷涂后1 a内不会在此泄漏;二是在不休风的情况下实施,及时安全。实践证明,热喷涂是治理高炉风口煤气泄漏较为有效的工艺方法。
Through the improvement of thermal spraying device and the development of nickel-based diversified alloy spraying materials,thermal spraying technology has been successfully applied to the blast furnace tuyres gas jacket leakage plugging in Jinan jincui metallurgical technology Co.,Ltd.The advantages of this process are as follows:first,the mother does not have the thermal stress formed by welding; crack defects will not occur after rewind; after 80% of the middle sleeve is sprayed.It will not leak again within one year.Second,the implementation is timely and safety in the case of no overhauling.The practice has proved that thermal spraying is an effective process to control gas leakage at blast furnace tuyere.
