摘要 地理信息系统在疾病健康领域的应用已催生了若干新的学科生长点,相关的交叉研究已经揭示人体健康不仅仅是个体水平上的问题,它经常涉及不同地理尺度上的因素,因此基于地理信息系统的数据整合分析已俨然成为疾病健康研究中有效和必要的手段。本研究从地理信息系统的背景、特点并具体围绕地理信息系统在疾病防控与医疗资源配置两方面,在国际研究中的最新应用及国内应用现状展开综述。相关研究结果表明:在疾病防控方面,通过了解疾病的时空分布现状,归因与预测可有效的探索其致病原因并采取及时有效的防控措施;在医疗资源配置方面,地理信息系统对于医疗资源的数据管理及地图处理等功能将模型运算结果直观清晰地表达出来,实现医疗资源的空间最优化。 The wide application of Geographic Information System( GIS) in the field of disease and health research has given rise to many new branches. Relevant studies have revealed that human health is not only related to individual health level,but also related to geographical factors at different scales. Therefore,integrated data analysis based on GIS has become an effective means of disease and health research. Starting from the background of GIS,this paper reviews the latest progress domestic and oversea,in both aspects of disease prevention and control as well as medical resource allocation. Results show that in the aspect of disease prevention and control,diseases can be effectively explored and controlled by analyzing the disease distribution and the influencing factors,and predicting the trend. In the aspect of medical resource allocation,GIS realizes the optimization of spatial allocation of medical resources through modeling and map visualization of medical resource data.
