摘要
[目的]翻译并修订痴呆知识评估量表(DKAS),并对其进行信度和效度评价。[方法]采用Beaton翻译模式对英文版DKAS进行翻译和回译;通过专家小组讨论和预调查对翻译量表进行文化调适;采用便利抽样方法,对郑州市9所养老院内的232名老年痴呆病人照顾者进行调查。采用Cronbach′sα系数及两次测量结果的相关性评价量表的信度;采用专家评定法评价量表的内容效度,运用探索性因子分析评价量表的结构效度。[结果]中文版DKAS共有25个条目,探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为65.021%;条目水平内容效度指数为0.83～1.00,总条目平均内容效度指数为0.90;总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.840,各分量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.826～0.957;总量表的重测信度为0.835,各分量表的重测信度为0.724～0.932。[结论]中文版DKAS具有较好的信效度,可用于评估中国文化背景下痴呆病人照顾者的痴呆知识水平评估。
Objective:To translate and revise the Dementia Knowledge Assessment Scale(DKAS)into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods:The English version of DKAS was translated and translated back using the Beaton translation model;the translated scale was culturally adjusted through expert panel discussions and pre surveys;a total of 232 caregivers of patients with Alzheimer′s disease in 8 nursing homes in Zhengzhou City were investigated with the translated scale,who was adopted by convenient sampling method.The reliability of the scale was evaluated by Cronbach′sαcoefficient and the correlation between the two measurements.The content validity of the scale was evaluated by expert evaluation method,and the structural validity of the scale was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis.Results:There were 25 entries in the Chinese version of DKAS,and 4 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.021%;the entry level content validity index was 0.83~1.00,and the total item average content validity index was 0.90.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.840,the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of each subscale was 0.826~0.957,the test retest reliability of the total scale was 0.835,and the test retest reliability of each subscale was 0.724~0.932.Conclusions:The Chinese version of DKAS had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the level of dementia knowledge of caregivers of dementia patients in Chinese culture.
