摘要
提出了在城市轨道交通线网规划阶段进行投资匡算的一种快速、合理的计算方法。该方法通过选取关键计算参数,逐项计算各部分费用,能够得到较为准确的投资匡算额。通过实例计算,得出某城市轨道交通线网规划投资匡算总额及各部分费用组成。经分析,该工程的工程费用、工程建设其他费用、预备费和专项费用占总费用的比例分别约为60%、18%、8%、14%。
A quick and reasonable calculation method of investment calculation in the planning stage of urban rail transit is put forward,which can get a more accurate investment amount of calculation through selecting the key calculation parameters and calculating the cost of each part. Simultaneously,from the calculation of real examples,the total amount of investment and the composition of each component in a city rail transit planning are obtained. The analyzed result shows that the proportion of project cost,other construction cost,reserve cost and special cost in the total cost is about 60%,18%,8% and14% respectively.
