摘要
元认知是个体作为学习者对自身认知过程的监测和调控。对元认知的概念的发展、元认知的三个成分(元认知知识、元认知体验、元认知监控)的相关发展研究进行梳理,介绍元认知的研究方法和元认知在学校系统内的干预,重点阐述元认知训练在教学中对学业成绩和元认知水平的影响,最后指出该领域研究的不足并进行展望。
Metacognition is the monitoring and regulation of an individual as a learner himself. Sorted out the development of the concept of metacognition and the three components of metacognition( metacognitive knowledge,metacognitive experience and metacognitive monitoring),introduced the research methods of metacognition and the intervention of metacognition in school system. It focused on the description of academic achievement and metacognition of metacognitive training in teaching. Finally,it puts forward deficiencies and prospects for the research in this field.
