摘要
近年来政府引导基金已经作为一项重要的财税政策支持中小企业融资,从而研究政府引导基金支持中小企业融资具有现实意义。针对目前政府引导基金支持中小企业融资过程中存在的诸多问题,在分析其原因后,从缓解政府引导基金募资难题、改变政府引导基金投资策略、提高政府引导基金管理水平、优化股权投资退出方式和环境等四个角度提出了对策建议。
Recently,government guiding fund has been an important fiscal and taxation policy to support the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,the study of government guiding fund support for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises has practical significance.In view of the problems in the process,the article analyzes the reasons and puts forward the suggestions from four aspects of easing the fund raising problem,changing the investment strategy,improving the management level and optimizing the exit mode and environment of equity investment.
