摘要
武汉市已积累了大量的地籍数据,但受历史条件和技术水平限制,积累的数据存在多平台、多标准、质量参差不齐等现象,给土地管理工作带来了诸多不便,不动产登记工作启动后,需按不动产统一登记的要求开展数据整合。分析了地籍数据现状以及存在的问题,提出了"权籍一张图"的建设思路、技术路线与方法。
Wuhan has accumulated a lot of cadastral data, but due to historical reason and technical limitation, these data have some multi-platform, multi-standard and quality diversity problems, which bringing much inconvenient to land management. After real estate registration launched, we should integrate kinds of data based on the requirements of real estate uniform registration. In this paper, we analyzed cadastral data current situation and existing problems, and proposed the construction thoughts, technical route and method of "Right Management One Map".
