摘要
实验教学是高等医学教育和生命科学教学的重要组成部分,是培养医学生实践能力、创新意识科学思维方法和严谨科学态度的重要途径。本研究以生物化学与分子生物学中的PCR实验为例开展实验教学改革并取得了良好的成效,可以有效提高学生的学习兴趣、思考能力和创新精神。
The experimental teaching is of higher medical education and teaching is an important part of life science,is to cultivate medical students'practice ability and innovation consciousness of scientific thinking methods and rigorous scientific attitude important way.PCR in this research in biochemistry and molecular biology experiment as an example to carry out the experimental teaching reform,and it has achieved good results,it is concluded that the teaching reformcan effectively improve the students'interest in learning,thinking and innovative spirit.
