摘要
高校教师电子信息的收集、整理和归档问题,常常在校级职能部门以及二级学院行政管理工作中备受忽略。高校教师电子信息大多依靠教师个人进行保存和整理。然而教师电子信息中相当一部分是其教学和科研的成果,是学院及学校申报材料中的重要组成部分。而高校网站作为教师电子信息记录、传输和保存的主要平台,对教师电子信息的归档工作具有重要作用。本文从教师电子信息的属性问题出发,探讨高校教师电子信息如何通过上传平台的管理、部门协调以及职能人员的工作得到较好的分类及保存,以便于教师的上传,并利于相关部门的重复调取。
The work of collection,collation and archiving issues of university Teachers'electronic information,often have been neglected in the administrative work of university departments and colleges.Most teachers'electronic information is mostly preserved and arranged by teachers themselves.However,a considerable part of teacher's electronic information is the result of teaching and research,and it is also an important part of college and school declaration materials.The university website,as the main platform for the electronic information recording,transmission and preservation,plays an important role in the archiving of teachers'electronic information.This paper starts with the attribute of teacher's electronic information to discuss university teachers'electronic information how to upload electronic information through the platform management,departmental coordination and personnel work to get better classification and preservation,to facilitate teachers to upload,and conducive to the relevant departments of repeated access.
