摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,进一步加强和完善高校党建工作已成为必然趋势,也是全面贯彻党的教育方针的必然要求。随着大数据时代的到来,高校的党建工作产生了极大变化,为适应时代背景及未来信息化发展趋势,高校党建工作必然要进行创新与改革。本文通过分析高校党建工作中存在的问题以及不足与大数据时代特征,分析研究高校党建工作的新路径,探索大数据时代如何推动高校党建工作的不断创新和完善。
With the rapid development of education,it has become an inevitable trend to further strengthen and improve the Party construction work in colleges and universities,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive implementation of the Party’s education policy. With the advent of the era of big data,has had the enormous change of the Party construction in colleges and universities,to adapt to the informationization of the era background and future development trend of Party construction in colleges and universities must innovate and reform.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the Party construction in colleges and universities,and with big data,analysis and research of the university Party construction new paths,to explore how the era of big data to promote innovation and improve the Party construction in colleges and universities.
