摘要
以"淀粉酶产生菌的筛选、发酵及酶活力测定"实验项目为例,具体阐述了以"项目驱动式"为教学模式的制药工程专业微生物学实验的实施,以期通过此教学模式提升学生理论联系实际的科研思维以及对实验项目的整体把握能力,从而培养出更优秀的工程应用型技术人才。
Take the "screening and fermentation of amylase-producing strain" for example,this paper introduces exploration and application of "Project-driven Method" teaching strategies for microbiology experiment in pharmaceutical engineering in order to improve students’ scientific thinking and the overall control of the experimental projects,so as to train more applied technological talents.
