摘要
随着运营商宽带市场竞争不断加剧,相关产品日趋同质化,服务已成为运营商之间博弈的重要筹码。借助"互联网+"对现有宽带装维业务改造升级成为各家运营商研究的焦点。本文在阐述宽带装维业务现状与众包平台概况的基础上,提出了稳步推进众包平台在宽带装维业务中落地应用的运营思路。
With the increasing competition in broadband market of operators and the homogenization of related products,service has become an important bargaining chip between operators.It has become the focus of various operators to transform and upgrade the existing broadband equipment business with embedding"Internet+".Based on the analysis of the current situation of broadband equipment and the overview of crowdsourcing platform,this paper puts forward the operational methods by which the crowdsourcing platform can be applied steadily in broadband equipment.
