摘要
采用近红外光谱移动块标准偏差法(MBSD)对标准物质候选物的均匀性进行定性初检,然后采用传统化学分析方法及单因素方差法对初检合格的试样进行均匀性检验,MBSD法均匀性检验结果与传统方法检验结果一致。MBSD法定性判定混合均匀程度快速高效无损,在组分类标准物质制备均匀性控制及其它多组分混制过程的混合终点监控方面具有较好的应用前景。
The moving block of standard deviation(MBSD)method by near infrared spectroscopy was used to approval homogeneity judgment of reference material as initial examination.The traditional chemical analysis and one-sway analysis of variance were chosen to test the homogeneity result by near infrared spectroscopy method.The results showed that the homogeneity test by MBSD had no significant difference compared with the traditional method.Furthermore the MBSD method used in homogeneity test has such advantages as efficiency and non-destructivity that can be applied in more fields such as controlling end point of mixing process in the muti-component system.
