摘要
本研究分析突发环境事件的各项风险防控措施以及突发环境事件可能造成的各类损失及影响,探讨突发环境事件风险防控费用项和效益项的量化方法,构建突发环境事件风险防控费用效益函数,并以某流域突发水环境事件风险防控为例进行案例研究。
This study analyzed various risk prevention and control measures for that,evaluated losses and impacts that might result from environmental emergencies.We investigated the method of quantifying the costs and benefits of environmental risk prevention and control,builded environmental emergency prevention and control cost benefit function,and took the risk prevention and control measures for watershed environmental emergency as a case to analyze.
