摘要
高校实验室日常的管理及维护由实验管理员负责,高校教师因科研任务重,其他日常事务多,很难把精力全部投入到实验室日常管理工作中去。而生物学研究生毕业论文必须借助科研实验室才能完成,他们熟悉实验场所,仪器操作规范且熟练,在培养生物学本科生的过程中,聘请研究生担任本科生物实验室助管,充分发挥研究生的助管作用,并对提高研究生管理本科实验室的能力提出建议,以期促进研究生的培养和本科实验教学水平的提高。
The experimental administrators are responsible for the daily management and routine maintenance in colleges’laboratories.However,it is difficult to devote all their energies for university teachers to the daily management work because they have scientific research tasks and other daily affairs.Biology graduate students use the scientific research laboratory to complete the graduate thesis.They are familiar with laboratory and instrument operation.Here,we present the process of cultivating biological undergraduates in universities by hiring graduate students to serve as an undergraduate biological laboratory,and some suggestions are also given to improve the ability of postgraduate management undergraduate laboratories,so that we can promote postgraduate training and undergraduate experimental teaching level.
