回热器在R1234yf汽车空调系统中的应用与优化 被引量:6

摘要 现有的汽车空调系统中R134a制冷剂因其较高的温室效应指数(GWP)面临淘汰,寻找新型环保制冷剂作为汽车空调上R134a的替代制冷剂变得尤为重要。R1234yf的物理性质与R134a相近,可作为车用空调R134a的主要替代制冷剂。将R1234yf直接灌注替代原有车用空调中的R134a会造成一定程度的系统性能下降,在现有的R1234yf系统中添加回热器是一个重要的研究方向,但不同尺寸型号的回热器对于系统综合性能的影响区别较大。本文通过建立仿真计算模型的方式,对R1234yf系统中的回热器结构参数进行优化。结果显示,经过优化后的R1234yf系统的性能可以得到显著的提高,达到与R134a轿车空调系统相当的水平。相比原有的R1234yf系统,直接替代系统制冷量提升15.7%,系统性能系数(COP)提升10%;相比原R134a系统制冷量提升3.2%,COP提升2.7%。 R134a refrigerant in the automotive air conditioning systems faces policy failures because of its high global warming potential (GWP) value. It is especially important to look for a new environmental friendly refrigerant as an alternative one for R134a. Due to the similar physical properties as R134a, R1234yf can be directly used in the original R134a system. The direct replacement of R134a in the original air conditioning system to R1234yf will cause system performance degradation to a certain degree. Adding an internal heat exchanger (IHX) to the R1234yf system can solve this problem. However, the structural parameters of IHX can greatly affects the performance of the R1234yf system. By establishing a simulation model of the R1234yf system, this paper mainly studies how to optimize the structural design of IHX and the basis of system optimization. The test results show that, the performance of optimized R1234yf system can be significantly improved to the original R134a level. Compared to the original R1234yf system, the refrigeration capacity of optimized system increased by 15.7%, and the coefficient of performance ( COP ) increased by 10%; compared to the original R134a system, the refrigeration capacity and COP of the new system increased by 3.2% and 2.7%, respectively.
