摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展以及城镇化进程的加快,各种犯罪活动也呈爆发式增长且犯罪手段隐秘,采用传统的视频数据和人工研判进行案件侦破,无法快速精准破案。在计算机视觉技术,特别是智能感知人脸识别技术高速发展并广泛应用的基础上,以人脸识别技术为核心,云计算大数据技术为支点,结合智慧城市安防实际需求和应用场景,对多级联动视频智能感知平台进行了应用设计的介绍。
With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,various criminal activities are also increasing explosively and the criminal means are more hidden. The traditional video data and manual analysis are used for case detection,which cannot be solved quickly and accurately. Based on the rapid development and extensive application of the computer vision technology,especially the intellisense facial recognition technology,by taking the facial recognition technology as the core and using cloud computing and big data technologies as foundation,the application design of multi-level linkage video intelligent perception platform is implemented combining with the actual requirement and application scenarios of wisdom city security.
