摘要
目的研究延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年7月~2018年1月收治的106例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为干预组、对照组,各53例。干预组患者给予延伸护理,对照组患者给予一般护理。评价两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、生活质量评分、日常活动能力评分(Barthel指数)。结果出院时,两组患者的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,干预组患者的SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的社会关系、生理、心理、环境的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患者的Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组患者干预后的Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者提供延伸护理干预可帮助提高患者的生活质量及日常活动能力,改善其焦虑情绪。
Objective To study the application effect of extended nursing in patients with cardiac failure complicated with arrhythmia. Methods A total of of 106 patients with cardiac failure complicated with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected. According to the random number table method, the subjects were divided into the intervention group and control group, and there were 53 cases in each group. Patients in the intervention group were given the extended nursing, while the patients in the control group was given the general nursing. The selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) score, quality of life score and daily activity ability score(Barthel index) were evaluated in patients of the two groups. Results At discharge, there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05), after nursing intervention, SAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The score of social relations, physiology, psychology and environment of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At discharge, there was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups(P>0.05). The Barthel index score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, and the differences was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Extended nursing intervention for patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia can help to improve their quality of life and daily activity ability, and improve their anxiety in patients.
