摘要
本文总结了我科收治的1例膀胱癌患者行腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治性切除+乙状结肠原位新膀胱术后并发肠梗阻的护理经验。术后早期肠梗阻保守治疗期间,应密切观察患者的腹部体征,做好胃肠减压、营养支持、药物治疗、中医调理等护理,以期能较好地促进患者恢复肠蠕动,减轻其痛苦。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of 1 patient with bladder cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic radical cystectomy add sigmoid colon orthotopic neobladder. During the conservative treatment of intestinal obstruction early postoperatively, the abdominal signs of the patients should be closely observed,gastrointestinal decompression, nutritional support, drug treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine care should be done to improve the patients′ recovery of intestinal peristalsis and relieve the pain.
