摘要
目的探讨分析化学发光法(ECLIA)和酶联免疫法(ELISA)在乙型肝炎病毒血清学检验中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的68例乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者分别给予ECLIA和ELISA检测,对比分析两种检验方法的临床检验效果。结果在乙型肝炎核心抗体(HBcAb)、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)的检验中,ECLIA检出率与ELISA检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在乙型肝炎e抗体(HBeAb)检验中,ECLIA检出率高于ELISA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在高浓度HBsAg的批间检测中,ECLIA、ELISA检出结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在批内检测中,ECLIA检测的重复性低于ELISA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在中浓度、低浓度的HBsAg检测中,ECLIA检测的重复性低于ELISA,批内、批间数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙型肝炎病毒患者给予ECLIA进行诊断,具有较高的阳性诊断率,可作为临床上较佳的诊断方式。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in the serological test of hepatitis B virus. Methods A total of68 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. All patients were tested by ELISA and ECLIA. The clinical efficacy of the two test methods were compared and analyzed. Results In the tests of hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb), hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg), hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),and hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg), the detection rates were not statistical significance between the two test methods(P>0.05). In the hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb) test, the detection rate of ECLIA was higher than that of ELISA,with significant difference(P<0.05). In the inter-assay of high concentration of HBsAg, the detection results of ECLIA and ELISA were not statistical significant(P>0.05). In the intra-assay, the repeatability of ECLIA was lower than that of ELISA, with significant difference(P<0.05). In the detection of medium and low concentrations of HBsAg, the repeatability of ECLIA was lower than that of ELISA, there were statistical differences after comparison of the intra-and inter-assay data(P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of ECLIA in patients with hepatitis B virus has a high positivity diagnosis rate and can be used as a favorable diagnosis mode in clinical practice.
