摘要
温州模式本质上是一种文化模式。温州模式通过文化调适变通、变革来超越现实环境和种种不利因素的制约,表现为穷则思变、因利而制权的创业经济思维,使温州走在改革开放的先富行列。温州模式的是非曲直,与文化堕距有关,是后改革时代仍需吸取的教训;"诱致性制度变迁"是温州模式最大的社会历史功绩和文化史价值。温州模式的发展提升,需要激发新的精神动力,融入新的文化元素和价值理念,尤其应从生态文明、消费文化和创新推动等层面实现更高层次的生命质量和维度的提升。
Wenzhou Mode is in its very essence a mode of culture. Wenzhou was leading economic prosperity in the process of Reform and Open-up due to its entrepreneurial mentality of poverty-driven innovation and benefitoriented regulations achieved through cultural accommodation and adaptation, which broke the constraints of reality and disadvantages. Cultural lag is critical in judging Wenzhou Mode and a lesson to be kept for post-reform era. Induced institutional change is of the greatest social, historical and cultural value of Wenzhou Mode. Enhancement of Wenzhou Mode calls for spiritual motivation, integration of renewed cultural elements and notions of value, especially realization of uplifted life quality and promoted life dimension through efforts in ecological civilization, consumption culture and innovation measures.
