复合支护体系在综采工作面端头支护中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为保证工作面端头支护强度,对采煤工作面回采期间端头应力分布进行分析,得出:端头受到煤墙壁两侧的水平方向应力作用,以及顶底板来压时的垂直方向应力作用,结合空间范围的综合分析,提出利用打设锚杆、锚网索的方式进行主动支护,以期平衡垂直应力影响;利用掘进期间架设工字钢棚,在回采前打设边路抬棚和中路抬棚,并在回采时加强对中路抬棚交替迈步的管理方式实现掩护式回采,同时抵消掉侧翼水平应力的影响,通过复合式支护方式,提高了端头支护的强度。 In order to ensure the working face end support strength,to end the stress distribution during the coal mining face is analyzed,it is concluded that:end by coal wall on both sides of the horizontal stress,as well as the roof and floor to pressure when the vertical stress,combined with the comprehensive analysis of the space,put forward using the driven in the form of anchor and anchor wire rope active support,in order to balance the vertical stress influence;with the use of the construction steel shed during tunneling,the side and middle road roofing are set up before stoping,and the covered stoping is realized by strengthening the management method of alternating steps to the middle road roofing while stoping,and the influence of lateral horizontal stress is offset.
