膨润土黏结剂对活性焦脱硝性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究膨润土作为黏结剂对活性焦性能的影响,制备了原料中膨润土质量分数分别为0、10%、20%、30%、40%的活性焦。通过常规指标分析、N2吸附-脱附法、固定床脱硝评价分别考察了不同质量分数膨润土对活性焦碘值、灰分、装填密度、耐磨强度、耐压强度、孔隙结构、脱硝效率等性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土可以替代部分高温煤焦油作为制备活性焦的黏结剂,加入量≤20%时,活性焦的碘值、装填密度、孔隙发达程度以及脱硝效率均有提升;活性焦的灰分和耐压强度受膨润土黏结剂的影响显著,加入量由0增至40%,灰分从7. 76%增至30. 75%,耐压强度从682 N降至114 N;膨润土加入量为20%时活性焦性能较好,碘值406 mg/g,装填密度616 g/L,灰分19. 33%,耐压强度375N,耐磨强度95. 4%,比表面积329. 70 m2/g,脱硝效率73. 2%。 Activated coke samples with different content of bentonite,i.e.,0,10%,20%,30% and 40%,was prepared to study the effect of bentonite binder on denitrification performance of activated coke.The effects of different mass fraction bentonite on iodine value,ash content,loading density,abrasion resistance,compressive strength,pore structure and denitrification efficiency were investigated by conventional index analysis,N2 adsorption-desorption method and denitrification evaluation in a fixed bed.The results show that bentonite can replace part of high temperature coal tar as binder for preparing active coke.When the addition amount is less than 20%,the iodine value,loading density,pore development degree and denitrification efficiency of active coke are improved.Meanwhile,the ash content and compressive strength of active coke are significantly affected by bentonite binder.Specifically,the ash content increases from 7.76% to 30.75% and the compressive strength decreases from 682 N to 114 N with the addition amount of bentonite increasing from 0 to 40%.The performance of active coke with 20% bentonite is best,and the iodine value,loading density,ash content,compressive strength,abrasion resistance,specific surface and denitrification efficiency are 406 mg/g,616 g/L,19.33%,375 N,95.4%,329.70 m^2 /g and 73.2%,respectively.
