不同采样方式对奶牛生产性能测定结果的影响

摘要 为了探讨奶牛生产性能测定(DHI)单次采样预测全天样的可行性,简化或优化DHI采样工作提供科学依据,本试验选取广西南宁市A、B两个牧场,在不同月份的同一天采集上午、下午乳样,并按上、下午6:4比例混合成全天样,分别进行乳成分和体细胞数的测定,分析试验数据,结果显示,两个牧场早乳样与全天样各月份乳成分相关系数均值在0.69~0.78之间;B牧场晚乳样与全天样各月份在乳蛋白率和乳糖率的相关系数在071~0.92之间,乳脂率和总固体物的相关系数在0.45~0.68之间;A牧场晚乳样与全天样各月份乳成分的相关系数在0.27~0.68之间;两牧场体细胞数的相关系数在0.19~0.71;同一牧场不同月份早晚乳样与全天样各乳成分及体细胞数的回归方程各不相同,回归方程系数差异显著,不同牧场间各乳成分及体细胞数在相同月份的回归方程均也不相同。因此得出,同一牧场不同月份早乳样各乳成分及体细胞数预测全天样优于晚乳样;同一牧场早晚乳样与全天样回归方程差异显著,单次采样预测全天样的可行性低;不同牧场间各乳成分及体细胞数在相同月份的相关系数及回归方程均差异显著,所受因素的影响需要进一步研究。 To explore the feasibility of single sampling to predict all day samples, provide a scientific basis for simplifying or optimizing DHI sampling. The experiment selected two pastures(A and B)of Nanning city in Guangxi. The milk samples were collected in the morning and afternoon on the same day in different months, and then the mixed samples were measured at 6:4 and the test data were treated with Excel 2007. Results showed that in two ranches, the correlation coefficient R^2 of milk composition in morning milk samples and all day samples was 0.69~0.78, the correlation coefficient R^2 of milk protein rate and lactose rate was at 071~0.92, milk fat rate and total solid correlation coefficient R^2 in 0.45~0.68; in one pasture the correlation coefficient of component of milk composition between afternoon milk samples and all day samples was R^2 in0.27~0.68; the correlation coefficient of the number of somatic cells in two pasture was R^2 in 0.19~0.71; the milk composition and somatic cell number regression equation of all milk samples and all day samples in the same month of the same pasture were different, the coefficient of regression equation was significant, and the milk components and somatic number between different pastures returned in the same month. The equations are not the same. So the milk composition and somatic number of the morning milk samples in the same pasture were better than the afternoon milk samples. The difference of the morning milk sample and the total day sample regression equation in the same pasture was significant. The single sampling forecast was low, and the correlation coefficient and regression formula of the milk components and somatic cell number between different pastures in the same month and the regression equation are significant, and the influence of the factors needs further study.
