摘要
追求效率和资源利用率的共享经济为建设图书馆信息资源共享平台提供了新思路,能够促进图书馆信息资源共享机制和服务模式的优化。文章从共享经济的视角出发,阐述了图书馆信息资源共享的基本内涵及内生驱动力,剖析了当前图书馆信息资源共享变革的驱动力和核心要素,提出了构建跨体系障碍的信息资源协同共享平台、扩大信息资源共享范畴和建立信息资源协同共享保障机制等优化策略。
The sharing economy of pursuing efficiency and resource utilization provides a new idea for the construction of library information resources sharing platform, and can promote the optimization of library information resources sharing mechanism and service mode. From the perspective of sharing economy, this article expounds the basic connotation and endogenous driving force of library information resources sharing, analyzes the driving force and core elements of current library information resources sharing reform, and puts forward some optimization strategies such as building a platform for information resources collaborative sharing across system barriers, expanding the scope of information resources sharing, and establishing a guarantee mechanism for information resources collaborative sharing.
