摘要
本文针对广电网络运营场景的特点和需求,设计并实现了一套基于广电大数据的知识图谱系统,完成了用户画像和知识库的构建,同时提供交互式分析和可视化功能,方便分析人员进行运营分析,为广电运营商的个性化服务和智能运营决策提供辅助支持。
According to the characteristics and requirements of radio and television industry operations, this paper designs and implements a knowledge mapping system based on big data of radio and television industry. It completes the construction of user profile and knowledge data base, and provides interactive analysis and visualization functions, which is convenient for analysts to carry out operation analysis, and supports personalized services and intelligent operation decisions for radio and television operators.
