摘要
利用有限元分析软件ATILA对磁致伸缩换能器内四组边界条件下的T-D材料棒进行了线圈激励下的位移输出分析,得到了ΔE和阶跃效应及两者共同作用时对磁致伸缩换能器辐射板端面纵向振动位移输出的影响。发现了线圈激励频率位于T-D材料棒一阶纵向振动固有频率附近时对辐射板端面纵向振动幅值的放大作用。选择了一组T-D材料棒边界条件进行了实验验证,发现了由于T-D材料棒温度升高而使其输出性能降低的现象。为磁致伸缩换能器在期望频率范围内获得理想输出性能提供了较为准确的依据。
By using the finite element analysis software ATILA,the displacement output of the T-D rod under the four sets of boundary conditions in the magnetostrictive transducer was analyzed,calculated Longitudinal vibration displacement on the end of the magnetostrictive transducer radiation plate under the influence of ΔE effect and step effect and both of them,found the amplification effect of coil excitation frequency that around the first order longitudinal vibration of T-D material rod to longitudinal vibration amplitude of radiation plate. The boundary conditions of a set of T-D materials were selected and the experimental verification was carried out,It is found that the output performance of the T-D is decreased due to the increase of the temperature of the rod. Provided more accurate basis to get the ideal magnetostrictive transducer output performance at the expected frequency range.
