摘要
官地矿2号煤中六采区煤系地层富含陷落柱、褶曲,工作面回采巷道受陷落柱影响,造成围岩变形破碎范围较大,巷道断面收缩严重,锚杆、锚索支护失效。基于此情况,本文提出高强锚杆、锚索、喷射混凝土联合支护方案,通过理论研究、现场工程实践、后期矿压监测的方法,验证提出技术方案的可行性。研究结果表明:该方案参数合理,顶板离层量小于52 mm,回采巷道围岩载荷小于75.5 kN,回采巷道保持围岩可控的稳定状态,为同类巷道支护工程提供参考。
Influenced by collapsed coal column,fold,the recovery mining in No.2 coal seam of Guandi Mine caused large broken surrounding rock,intense roadway section,anchor bolt and rope support failure.Bolt,cable,shotcrete joint support scheme was put forward,the technology was feasible by theoretical research,field engineering practice,late stage pressure monitoring.The study showed that the parameters were reasonable,roof separation less than 52 mm,mining roadway surrounding rock load less than 75.5 kN,the recovery mining roadway was stable,providing reference for similar roadway mining.
