摘要
普光油田钻井废液性质稳定,常规方法处理后COD浓度未达标。通过对普光油田钻井废液中的有机物进行分析,确定采用固-氧化脱除酸法对聚磺废液进行处理。经固-氧化脱除酸法对废液进行处理后,钻井废液中的有机物降解率与氧化剂用量呈正相关性,有机物脱除处理的药剂最佳配比(体积比)为水泥∶络合剂∶氧化剂∶调整剂=1∶2∶1∶2。固-氧化脱除酸法操作简单,有机物降解效果理想,处理后水质符合GB8978—1996 《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准,适合普光油田钻井废液处理。
The properties of the drilling waste liquid in Puguang Oilfield are stable, and its COD concentration after conventional treatment is not qualified. Through analyzing the organic matter in the drilling waste fluid,it is determined to treat the polysulfide waste liquid by the solid oxidation deacidification method. After solid-oxygen deacidification treatment,the degradation rate of organic matter in drilling waste fluid is positively correlated with oxidant,the pH value of the waste fluid is negatively correlated with the regulator,and the optimum ratio of organic matter removal agent is: cement: complex: oxidant: regulator = 1: 2 : 1 : 2. The solid-oxidation deacidification method is simple to operate,and the organic degradation effect is ideal. The treated water quality conforms to the first class standard of GB8978-1996 "Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standard ",which is suitable for the treatment of drilling waste fluid in Puguang Oilfield.
