摘要
文章通过分析当前的拆回电表的市场形势,结合拆回表自动化线存在的问题,提出了电表自动定位装置解决方案、自动翻盖机构创新方案、自动设参、自动清污创新方案,并对其创新方法进行了分析,对提高拆回表自动化线工作效率,提高读者的创新能力有价值。
This paper analyzes the current market form of split meter,combined with the problems existing in the automatic wire stripping table,proposes a solution for automatic positioning device of the meter,an innovative scheme for the automatic flip mechanism,an automatic parameter setting,and an automatic cleaning solution for the pollution.The analysis of its innovative methods is valuable for improving the efficiency of the automation of the demolished table automation and improving the reader’s ability to innovate.
